TRIM FAT - PLACE MEAT IN LARGE BAKE PAN
ROAST 350 F 1 HOUR - SPOON OFF FAT
ARRANGE PEELED AND CUT POTATOES AROUND
ROAST - COMBINE CHIVES AND SOUP - POUR
OVER MEAT AND POTATOES - COVER - BAKE 2
HOURS MORE - SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND
PAPRIKA - MELT CHEESE - SERVE - 6 SERVINGS
