Vegetable Soup

  • Soup bone
  • Bouillon cubes
  • Pot herbs
  • Beef cubes
  • Onion
  • Pot Vegetables

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion, soup bone and beef cubes. Add herbs, can of tomatoes, can of water, spices to taste = marjoram, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic salt, bay leaf, parsley, celery (chopped), and bouillon. Simmer. Add carrots, potatoes, lima beans, string beans, peas and corn.

Continue cooking for 1-2 hours. Serve with crusty bread.
