Ingredients
- 1 ) 1/2 pound bacon
- 2 ) 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3 ) salt & pepper to taste
- 4 ) garlic powder, to taste
- 5 ) 3 1/4 cups milk

Step 1
Fry bacon in skillet. Put cooked bacon on plate with paper towels to absorb the excess bacon grease. Add flour to grease in skillet on medium heat; add salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stirring constantly to keep from having lumps. After flour is browned and starts to boil, turn heat up to high. Add milk gradually stirring to keep lumps out; until all milk has been added. Turn heat to medium high and continue cooking and stirring until gravy gets thick. Serve
