Chocolate Creme Brulee (Quick Version)

Ingredients

• Chocolate Pudding
• Fine Sugar
• Raspberries (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare or buy chocolate pudding, put in ramekins, filling them completely and level on top; refrigerate until set.

When set, sprinkle each with 1 heaping tablespoon of caster's sugar (fine sugar) and caramelize with a kitchen torch. Top with raspberries, if desired.
