Ingredients
- 2 Cups of cold chicken
- 1 Cup cut up celery
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Cup mayonaisse (low fat Helman's)
- 1 Cup halved green grapes
- 1 Cup of drained crushed pineapple
- Salted Almonds
- Croissants
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cold chicken, celery, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix mayonaisse, grapes, and pineapple.
Combine into one bowl, sprinkle with salted almonds and serve on croissants.
