Chicken Rub

A rub used on a 3-4 lb chicken that is put in the microwave for 30 minutes. From a Pampered Chef party from Erin, March 2011.

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon of flour
• 1 Teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
• 1/4 Teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, rub on a chicken and bake.
