Apple Bacon Creamy Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can of pure pumpkin
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1 apple, cubed
- 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
1. Simmer pumpkin, broth, cream, pie spice and maple syrup, whisking together, cook for 5 minutes.
2. Cook cubed apples in butter until soft.
2. Serve soup in bowls and top with apple and crumbled bacon
