Ingredients
- Filling:
- 70 Ritz crackers (2pkgs)
- 1/4 sugar
- 1 stick or a little more butter
- 1 qt. chocolate ice cream, softened
- 2 sm. pkgs. of instant pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 8 oz. cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
Crush crackers on cookie sheet, save 1/4 c. for topping. Add sugar; mix into crackers. Add melted margarine. Press the mix into the pan to make your bottom crust and chill in fridge while you are making the filling. You may choose any kind of ice cream or pudding, if you don't want to use chocolate. Mix all filling ingredients and spread onto crust. Refrigerate 1 hour before spreading on the cool whip. Sprinkle on the 1/4 c. Ritz you set aside earlier. Serve.
