Ingredients

  • 55 grams PC Whole Grain Baguette, sliced
  • 1 1/2 oz. reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the bread on the diagonal (should be 5 slices) and toast one side lightly. Turn over, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top with cheese and basil leaves. Broil until cheese melts and basil crisps slightly. Remove and top with tomato slices, salt and pepper.
