Ingredients

  • 4 racks spare ribs
  • 3 T Lawrys seasoned salt
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 1 T ground black pepper
  • 1 T onion powder
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 3 T honey
  • 3 T distilled white vinegar
  • 2 T ketchup
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp tabasco

Preparation

Step 1

Rub mixture on ribs. Grill. Squirt other mixture on meat while cooking.
