Calvert Egg Nog

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs Separated
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 qt. Milk (whole)
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Calvert or other blend whiskey
  • 3 oz. Rum (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat egg yolks til fluffy. Add liquor, milk, cream, rum.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites till stiff. Add sugar to egg whites, folding in gently. Fold whites into liquid and blend gently. Top with nutmeg. Chill.
