  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 2 c buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c melted butter

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg into buttermilk. Mix all together. Add melted butter and then place in loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 65-75 minutes.
