Strawberry Cream Amaretto

Smooth and creamy - serve instead of dessert.

Ingredients

• 3 oz Bailey's Irish cream liquer
• 3 oz Amaretto liquer
• 1 1/2 cup frozen slice strawberries in syrup, partly thawed
• 1 cup crushed ice
• whole fresh strawberries for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the Baileys, amaretto, strawberries and ice in a blender and puree.

Pour into stemmed glasses and garnish with a whole strawberry (slice strawberry part way through and place on rim of glass.)
