Ingredients
- 2/3 C. vegetable oil
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 C. grated carrot
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs.
Mix dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture. Mix well.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
