Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 8-inch prepared pizza crusts
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 8 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Provolone

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, Add garlic; cook
1 minute. Add spinach, basil, pepper flakes, cook
2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Arrange pizza crusts on baking sheet. Spread sauce over crusts; top with spinach mixture and cheese. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 8 minutes or until golden brown.

Cut pizzas into 8 wedges. Refrigera:e any leftovers.
