Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 8-inch prepared pizza crusts
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 8 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Provolone
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, Add garlic; cook
1 minute. Add spinach, basil, pepper flakes, cook
2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Arrange pizza crusts on baking sheet. Spread sauce over crusts; top with spinach mixture and cheese. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut pizzas into 8 wedges. Refrigera:e any leftovers.
