Reuben Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked corned beef, finely chopped
  • 1 16-oz. can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained, and snipped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese ( 6-oz.)
  • 1 cup 1000 Island Dressing
  • 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese cut up
  • 1 Tbs. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. caraway seeds
  • Rye crisp bread pr rue crackers
  • pickle slices optional

Preparation

Step 1

In a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker combine all ingredients . Cover and cook on low heat setting for 2 1/2 or 3 hours. Stir before serving.

Serve immediately or keep warm covered on warm setting for up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Yield: 20 1/4 cup servings.
