JAPANESE CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups of flour in a plastic bag
  • 1 cup butter
  • Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Step 1

Cut wings in half and remove the tip. Wash wings. Dip in beaten egg and then in flour. Fry in butter until deep brown & crisp. Put in shallow pan and pour sauce over wings.



Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Spoon sauce over wings during cooking.

If you want to double this recipe get 6 pounds of chicken wings and double the sauce. You don’t need to add more egg, flour or butter.
