Giuseppe's Cheesy Tots

• 3 cups frozen potato tots
• 1 cup shredded asiago cheese
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees f. Scatter the potato tots on a small cookie sheet and place it in the oven. Bake for 12 minutes or according to the package directions.

In the last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time, remove the tots from the oven and scatter cheese, thyme, oregano, and red pepper flakes over them. Return them to the oven just long enough to set and brown the cheese then remove the tots, cover them loosely with foil, and switch on the broiler.
