- 5 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 1 15 oz. solid pack pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 pkg (3 oz) cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Beat eggs, oil, pumpkin and combine remaining ingredients.
Pour into two greased load pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 75-80 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
