Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 10 Cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 C white sugar
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 C quick oats
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C butter melted (although I don't melt, just use softened)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sliced apples in 9 X 13 pan. Mix sugar, flour and ground cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples.
Combine oats, flour, brown sugar and butter together. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
