Ingredients
- 2 T. flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, in strips
- 2 T. oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, cut finely
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1/2 c. beef stock
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 T. tomato paste
- 1 small carton sour cream

Step 1
Combine flour, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Coat meat in seasoned flour. Heat oil in large skillet; brown meat for 3 โ 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add onions and garlic and cook 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, wine, stock, water and tomato paste; cook 6 minutes on medium. Blend in sour cream; cook to reheat 2 minutes. Serve with rice or buttered noodles. Serves 4 โ 6.
