Ingredients
- 1/4 C. coarsely chopped white onion
- 1/4 C. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 serrano or jalapeno chilies, cored, seeded, and coarsely chopped
- 1-1/2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put the onion, cilantro, and chilies in a food processor, and pulse until very finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl, stir in tomatoes. Season with about 1/2 t. salt and 1/4 t. pepper. Best served within an hour.
