Mandarin Orange Pecan Ice Cream Pie

  • 1 - .6 oz. pkg. of Orange Flavored Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 pint of Pecan Ice Cream
  • 1- 2 oz. bag of pecan halves
  • 11 oz. can of mandarin orange segments
  • 1 prepared Graham Cracker Crust
  • whipped cream



Step 1

In mixing bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water till gelatin is dissolved.
Add pecan ice cream and beat until light and fluffy. Fold in half of the pecans and the orange segments. Pour ic cream mixture into prepared crust. Freeze until set. Garnish with whipped cream and remaining pecans and orange segments
