Spicy Tenders

Ingredients

  • 4 small chicken breasts
  • Flour
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbs Sriracha
  • 1 Tbs water
  • Panko crumbs
  • Veg oil
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Dredge in flour, dip in eggs mixed with Sriracha & water. Dredge in panko. fry in 1 inch of 350 degree oil for 6 minutes. Serve with mayo mixed with Sriracha.
