Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- S & P
- 2 Tbs veg. oil
- 3 sliced garlic cloves
- 1 Tbs butter
- 2 c. canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. vodka
- Fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Season chicken with salt & pepper. Cook in oil in large skillet until golden, turning once, 12 minutes. Cover; cook 3 more minutes. Remove to plate. Add garlic & butter to drippings; cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, cream & vodka;simmer 5 minutes. Pour over chicken, top with chopped basil.
