Ingredients
- 3 c. diced butternut squah
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 2 Tbs maple syrup
- 2 Tbs diced butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss squash & pecans with maple syrup & butter on foil-lined baking sheet. Roast until squash is fork tender, about 15 minutes.
