SWEET & MILD MAPLE GRILLED SALMON

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless fillets of salmon, 6 oz
  • 1 tbsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Maille Sweet & Mild Mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 4 sprigs fresh dill

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium high (450 to 500F). Season fillets on all sides with salt and pepper, pressing the seasoning into the flesh so it adheres. Brush salmon lightly with olive oil and set aside.

Combine Maille Sweet & Mild Mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice, water and chopped dill. Set aside for basting.

Grill salmon for 5-6 minutes per side or until lightly charred and just cooked through, basting occasionally with sauce. Remove from grill and garnish with dill sprigs.
