Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 9" pie crust, unbaked

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place all but nuts and pie crust in blender. Blend 10 seconds till well mixed. Sprinkle chopped pecans in the pie crust.
Pour blended mixture over pecans.

Bake 30 - 35 minutes until brown on top.

Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes before serving
