    medium red cabbage

  • 1/2

    cup vinegar

  • 1/4

    cup water

  • 1/4

    cup sugar

  • 1/3

    tsp. salt

  • 1/2

    cup red currant jelly

Directions

Slice cabbage thinly. Add remaining ingredients except jelly. Cover and boil 1 hour. The last 15 minutes add the jelly, and finish cooking.
