- 1 medium red cabbage
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup red currant jelly

Step 1
Slice cabbage thinly. Add remaining ingredients except jelly. Cover and boil 1 hour. The last 15 minutes add the jelly, and finish cooking.
