Ingredients
- 3 T peanut or canola oil
- 1/2 t TSTE Whole Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 lb grated or shredded carrots
- 2-3 pieces of TSTE Crystalized Ginger, crumbled or coarsely grated
- 1/2 t TSTE Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
- 1/4 t TSTE Ground Cayenne Chili Pepper
- 1 t fresh lime juice
- bean sprouts
- roasted peppers
- pita bread
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in frying pan or wok over med-high heat. When hot, put in mustard seeds. As soon as seeds begin to pop, add carrots, ginger, salt, cayenne and lime juice. Stir fry 2-3 minutes. Stuff into pita with bean sprouts and roasted peppers.
