  • 3/4 CUP RES WINE
  • 1 TSP BEEF BOUILLON GRANULES
  • GRAVY
  • 1/2 CUP BUTTER
  • 1/2 CUP FLOUR
  • 1/2 TO 1 CUP JUICE FROM LOIN MIX TOGETHER AND POUR OVER LOIN

PLACE LOIN INTO CROCK POT
IN A BOWL WHISK TOGETHER REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER LOIN, COOK ON LOW FOR 4 TO 5 HOURS TILL TENDER, REMOVE AND PLACE ONTO PLATTER LET STAND 10 MINUTES.
