Ingredients
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbs. bourbon
- 4 4-oz. skinless salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans or warlnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix maple syrup, orange juice and bourbon together. Brush some on salmon and bake. Stir nuts into glaze and cook on high for about 5 minutes until glaze reaches the consistency of syrup. Serve over salmon.
