Ingredients
- Green Deviled Eggs and Ham:
- 6 yolks
- 1/2 avacado
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. chopped herbs, i.e. chives
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Spicy Deviled Eggs:
Mash 6 hard-boiled egg yolks, 1/2 c. creme fraiche, 1/4 c. crumbled cooked bacon, 1 tsp. Sriracha, 1 Tbs. chopped cilantro, 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp. lime zest, 1 tsp. lime juice, and salt.
Topping ideas:
Sprinkle paprika before filling whites, chives, bacon/prosciutto, crunchy fried onions.
