- 4 8oz. pieces salmon, skin removed
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp shallots, chopped
- 1 c. bourbon BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season both sides of salmon with lemon pepper seasoning and salt. In an ovenproof saute' pan heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and shallots; saute' for 1 minute. Place salmon in skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side.
Pour bourbon sauce over salmon. Place pan in oven for 5 minutes or until salmon is desired doneness.
