- 1 cup sifted all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup rice crispy cereal
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla, mix thoroughly.
Blend in dry ingredients then the oats, cereal and coconut.
Shape dough into balls. Place on greased baking sheets and flatten slightly.
Bake 8-10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
