Mandarin Orange Spinach Salad

  • 1 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
  • toasted sliced almonda
  • Baby spinach leaves



Step 1

Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, orange juice, red wine vinegar, brown sugar and granulated sugar. In a serving bowl, combine drained mandarin oranges, toasted sliced almonds and the spinach leaves. Pour the vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss well.
