Ingredients
- 2 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shells
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 t salt
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t ground ginger
- 1/2 t ground cloves
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/2 c libby's 100% pure pumpkin
- 3 c nestle carnation evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in med bowl. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar spice mix. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shells
BAKE in preheated 425 oven for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350 bake 40-50 min until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 2 hrs. Chill.
