Black Bottom Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Coating
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required for mix)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare and bake brownie mix as directed on box; set aside to cool.

For Cheesecake Layer:
1. Melt Vanilla CANDIQUIK® in Melt and Make Microwaveable Tray™ according to directions on package.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, CANDIQUIK® and cheesecake pudding with an electric mixer until well blended. Add whipped topping, half of the container at a time, and mix until well blended.
3. Spread cheesecake evenly over brownies. Keep refrigerated.
