Ingredients

  • 2 lbs new potatoes, halved lenghtwise
  • 6 slices chopped bacon
  • 3 tbsp italian dressing
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheesee
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 400
combine potatoes, baconand dressing; spread onto the bottom of a 15x10x` inch pan. bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and crisp arond the edges, stirring after 25 minutes
meanwhile, mix mayo, lemon juice and garlic.
spoon potatoes onto platter; top with maye mixture, cheese and parsley.
