Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese (16 oz)
  • 2 eggs plus 1 egg white
  • 2 T plus 2 tsp. margarine
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
