Ingredients
- 2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese (16 oz)
- 2 eggs plus 1 egg white
- 2 T plus 2 tsp. margarine
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together in a greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
