  • 1 cup non-salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg Chipits Skor Toffee Bits
  • 1 pkg Chipits Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Line cookie trays with parchment paper.
3. Beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until creamy and smooth.
4. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt well.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and beat well.
6. Stir in chocolate chips, toffee bits and pecans thoroughly.
7. Drop by tablespoon full or roll into small cookies on the parchment paper.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes (depending on oven) or until golden brown.
9. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring them off the parchment paper.
