Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2/5 cup Lowfat Buttermilk
- 2 tbsp Skim Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
- 1 tsp Baking Powder Double Acting
- 1/2 tsp All Purpose Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Directions
Mix all ingredients with hand mixer until blended. Batter should be a bit loose so add more skim milk or water slowly if needed.
Follow directions with donut maker for cooking donuts.
