Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- Ginger ale
- I added some frozen limeade (thawed) ABOUT 1/2 CUP

Preparation
Step 1
In 1 ½ quart saucepan heat water and sugar over med heat until sugar is dissolved cool completely
In 8 cup blender place suga water , lime juice rum and mint leaves blend on high speed about 20 seconds till mint iS finely chopped
Pour mixture in 13x9 inch pan freeze using fork to break apart every 2 hours.
Spoon ½ c mixture into each glass pour ½ cup ginger ale over each and stir
