Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 C. chopped celery
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- Dash of pepper
- 8 C. dry bread cubes
- 1/4 C. broth or water

Preparation
Step 1
Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
Mix seasonings and sprinkle over bread cubes in large bowl.
Add onion mixture and broth. Toss to mix well.
