Bread Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 C. chopped celery
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • Dash of pepper
  • 8 C. dry bread cubes
  • 1/4 C. broth or water

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.

Mix seasonings and sprinkle over bread cubes in large bowl.

Add onion mixture and broth. Toss to mix well.
