Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 2/3 c canned white beans, drained
- 1/4 c raisins (golden are best)
- 1/4 torn flat-leaf parsley or spring greens
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp coarse salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together.
Season w/pepper.
Serve w/crackers.
