Tuna & White Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 2/3 c canned white beans, drained
  • 1/4 c raisins (golden are best)
  • 1/4 torn flat-leaf parsley or spring greens
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp coarse salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together.
Season w/pepper.
Serve w/crackers.
