Baked Potato Fries

A less soggy delicious fry

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 5-6 small, 3-4 medium or 2-3 large
  • Garlic as desired
  • Bacon - raw- 3-4 strips
  • Olive oil
  • Salt/Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the potatoes into strips like fries spread evenly across sprayed pan.
Chop the raw bacon and distribute evenly across the potatoes.
Mince the garlic and sprinkle over the top.
Salt/pepper if desired.
Drizzle Olive Oil over the top

Place in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 40-45 minutes flipping half way through

Place on paper towel covered plate after to blot some of the excess oil (can also blot the top with additional paper towel).

Salt/pepper to taste and enjoy hot.
