Ingredients
- 2 lbs apples (about 10 small), cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz. (1 cup) fresh or thawed frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mixture can be frozen in a freezer bag for future use.
