Ingredients
- brownie mix
- 2 c confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 T water
- 1/2 t mint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 1 pkg (10 oz) mint choc chips
- 9 T butter
Preparation
Step 1
1- Brownie mix, make according to pkg directions. Set aside to cool
Filling-
Combine all the above ing, cream in mixer til smooth all the way thru. This is the filling a nice green color. Frost over the top of the brownie, freeze until set up so you can proceed with the topping which goes on very hot.
3- Melt in double boiler the above ing for your topping, drizzle over the top of the green filling and brownie crust. Freeze overnight to make cutting easier.
